Things to keep in mind:
- Sub requests need to be made by Tuesday the week prior. This gives us time to figure out how we can help.
- Repairs are made as the handyman crews are available, this can take up to a month. If it has been longer than a month please resubmit. If you need done sooner, we can not guarantee, unless it is an emergency in which case let us know ASAP! Winter months are the best time to get indoor repairs completed.
- Large purchases will be discussed at the monthly budget meeting. If something is more urgent please submit this request. Final approval will be made based on level of need and funds available.
- Leadership team, site management and coaches should request time off as far out as possible. A plan should be made to cover this time off.
- As a rule of thumb we do not want both site management staff out at the same time. Keep this in mind for holidays. For Example: If one is taking off the week of Christmas the other should get the week of New Years.
- Other requests may be something that you need help with but you aren't sure who to ask. All of these requests will be funneled to the appropriate person.
