Parent Aware Training Online Classes
Log into Develop. On the left side, in the blue bar, select search for training. Click on course catalog. Use the numbers below to search for the class you want to take; click Filter Courses. Click on the class course detail, then register. It will take you to the Penn State website. On the left in a blue box, sign in for PD. Sign in or register - you will need your Develop ID # when you first register so you can link the classes to your Develop Account. After you get signed in, a list of all of their classes appear. Scroll down and look for the same exact title of the class you registered for and make sure the name matches completely. Take the class. You will need to pay for the class at the end for it to apply to your Develop account. Please turn in certificates/receipts to Director/Assistant Director.
10 hours of classes are needed in each bold content area for lead teachers. Each course is 2 credit hours (it will not take 2 hours to complete), and has a multiple choice test at end. It is $5 per class. You will be reimbursed when you turn in your certificate/receipt.
