Expectations
Parent Gift
Parent gifts will NOT be presented at the event this year because of how early it is. Each class is still expected to make a gift to give to families between December 15th - December 23rd. Please look below at the parent gift ideas we have curated.
School Showcase Space (Holiday Party)
Each school will need to use a poster board or table to highlight their school. Fill it with art, pictures, decorations all that show off your students and teacher’s hard work! If you'd like to have a mini "Art Show", that is another idea for your space.
Marketing/Clear Communication
Be thinking ahead. Be sure that parents are aware of the event and are excited about it! Nora will send out a Save the Date by November 1st, to post on the app, and give out invitations, along with an RSVP list by November 14th.
November Photo Shoots
Nora will be visiting each center in early November to take Christmas photos of the children. These photos will be used in a Christmas video and can be used as part of the parent gifts and your school showcase space.
During the photo sessions, please ensure that the children are prepared, focused, and smiling. Teachers are expected to be present and available to assist with keeping the children engaged and making the process run smoothly. Your support in ensuring a positive experience for the children is greatly appreciated.

Each school will run an activity table. This means we need 2-3 staff members available at 3:30 to help out.
